Add the following exceptions to Antivirus:

Folders to Exclude:

  1. Bit Backup temporary folder
    C:\temp\bitbackup - or where you have it set

  2. Default installation folder C:\Program Files (x86)\BackupAddict

  3. Temporary folder C:\temp Or where you have it set

  4. Local Backup Folder F:\ Or where you have it set if used

Processes to Exclude:

C:\Program Files (x86)\BackupAddict\rclient.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\BackupAddict\rbbackupprogress.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\BackupAddict\rbtransfer.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\BackupAddict\schwrap.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\BackupAddict\exchangebackupservice.exe
C:\BMR\VHDBackup-64.exe (if you are using the Full Image Backup service)
C:\Program Files (x86)\BackupAddict\RBRestore.exe
